I have so much love for livelaughlovelocs. They’ve reblogged my locs for the last couple years and I have them to thank for attracting a lot of my blog family. I’m honored that they follow me (even though I’m loc’less now). I get my loc fix through their blogs these days lol.

It’s been a month since I took down my locs

and, in my dreams, I still have locs lol. Is that weird?

I dreamt the other night that I accidentally dyed my locs green (and then blue and then purple tips lol).

When I was loc’d I would dream that I still had straight hair. I guess it takes my subconscious a while to catch up with the times LMAO.

When I have to mentally picture myself in a new outfit or what have you, I have to remind myself that I don’t have locs LOL. It’s still so new to me.

My pic of one of my locs combed/picked out has 101 notes. I’m super surprised. It’s not a huge amount but it’s the most any of my personal pics has ever gotten lol. Thanks everyone! I hope it’s helped people understand locs better and their options.

Loc Myth/Misconception- If you don’t want #locs anymore you have to cut all your hair off. Picked this loc out last night. No scissors were used. ETA: No, I am not picking all my locs out. Lol. @bsquared86
